Contact & business details
Use the details below or send the repair request form.
Use the form on this page
Describe the problem in the form and we will reply to arrange a visit. The more precise the request, the less back and forth before a technician can plan the right approach, so a few minutes with a phone camera pays off.
What to put in the request
- The type of appliance: refrigerator, beverage center, drawer, wine cabinet, outdoor unit, ice maker or freezer.
- The model and serial numbers from the label inside the cabinet, in a photo if possible.
- The symptom in plain words, including when it started and whether it comes and goes.
- Any message from the display, copied exactly and not shortened.
- What you have already tried, including any reset.
- Where the unit is installed, and how we get to it: stairs, gate, elevator, parking.
If the display shows a message
Take a photo before you press anything. U-Line controls reuse short messages across product generations, so the same text can mean different things on two cabinets. You can read what a message means on the U-Line error codes archive, and the model number helps us confirm which entry applies.
If the appliance is leaking
Close the water supply valve for an ice machine, or unplug the cabinet if water is near the plug, then photograph the puddle and note when the water appears: filling, freezing, harvesting or draining. Mop the floor and keep the area dry while you wait.
If it is no longer cooling
Check that it has power, the door closes fully and the grille is clear. Move food or valuable bottles somewhere cool and keep the door shut as much as possible. Tell us what the cabinet holds, because a freezer full of food or a wine collection changes how we plan the visit.
When to unplug it
Disconnect the unit and say so in the request if there is a burning smell, a hot or damaged cord, sparking, repeated breaker trips or water reaching an outlet.
What happens next
After your request we confirm the model and the symptom, and a technician diagnoses the appliance on site. You then receive a written estimate, and nothing is repaired until you approve it. If you would like to read about your equipment first, start with the services overview or the appliance guides.

Yes. We provide an upfront estimate after diagnosis. No parts are ordered or installed until you approve the work, so there are no surprise charges.
